IT Hardware Technician (Field)

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification in IT or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT equipment (especially laptops and tablets)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Must own a motorbike; fuel expenses for work-related travel will be reimbursed
