We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. What We Provide

Working hours – 3 shifts

9.30 a.m – 5.30 pm (morning shift)

12 noon – 8 pm (afternoon shift)

2pm – 10pm (evening shift)

need to work on roster basis. 6 days a week

School leavers can join as Trainees

For a school leaver a take home package Rs. 40K + Travelling allowance when working night shifts + special commission

For an associate take home package Rs. 50K + Travelling allowance when working night shifts + special commission

Qualifications

• Should have a strong educational background.

• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
