Core Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:
   
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Maintain and update project schedules and timelines.
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
2. Team Collaboration:
   
• Communicate with team members to ensure clarity of project goals and tasks.
• Schedule and attend team meetings; take notes and share follow-ups.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
   
• Prepare project documentation such as project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-mortem analyses.
• Maintain organized digital files for all project-related documents.
4. Task Management:
   
• Assign and follow up on individual tasks using tools like Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
• Update task boards and notify responsible members of upcoming deadlines.
5. Risk & Issue Tracking:
   
• Help identify potential project risks or delays.
• Maintain an issue log and escalate concerns to the supervisor or project manager.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
   
• Draft email updates or status presentations for clients or internal stakeholders.
• Collect and consolidate feedback for project adjustments.
7. Quality Assurance Support:
   
• Assist in testing deliverables to ensure they meet required specifications.
