Role Overview:

Webtezza is looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and manage our projects. In this role, you will plan, organize, and make sure projects are completed on time. You will work closely with teams to deliver great results, using methods like Kanban to keep work moving smoothly.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience managing projects, with 1 years in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), or similar are a plus.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills to work well with different people.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with experience using Agile and Kanban methods.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project, and experience in software or IT projects.
