“Back in 2010, my partner and I were really frustrated with how difficult it was to find quality businesses to do some work for us," Nishshanka says. "We were tired of having to repeat our requirements plus, we had no way of telling whether the business deals were of good quality, or what their previous customers had really thought of them." He added.

This whole process is now made easy by workforce.lk.

 When a job is posted on the site, you will be guided through the following steps:

  • What needs to be done
  •  Where the job is located
  • When the job should start
  • Your approximate budget

How it works?

  • Receive responses from providers

You will be contacted by workforce.lk via SMS or email within 24 hours if a provider that matches your criteria is available. Providers will then call/email you to arrange a time to visit and review the work that needs to be done. Our providers commit to contacting consumers within 24 hours of accepting a job.

  • Select the best match

Once you have met with the providers it is up to you to decide who is right for your job. You can view profiles of each of our providers on the website as well as consumer feedback and star ratings to help you make the right decision.

  • Share your experience with others

Feedback is critical to the Workforce.lk experience. All you need to do is log in and provide feedback on each of your jobs. You can also provide feedback to our Contact Centre.
