Informatics keen on entering BPO market

Informatics (Pvt.) Ltd a 25 year old IT company in Sri Lanka is exploring the possibility of further expansion of its business into BPO services market.
Director - Sales and Marketing, Priyanga Gunasekera recently looking back at the milestones of Informatics said: “we are a diversified company which covers the entire gamut in IT which includes computer hardware, software solutions, ICT education and another project on agriculture and animal husbandry. We are also looking at expanding into BPO soon”.
Informatics which has an annual turnover of Rs 2 billion also eyes teak and mahogany plantations in its 1,000 acre land leased on long-term from the Government in Eastern Province where the agricultural project is currently going on.
Company has been established in 1983 with a vision to be a leading systems integrator providing quality innovative IT solutions to its customers. The company’s record of successes in the IT industry in Sri Lanka is overwhelming with a varied clientele ranging from Government institutions, state and private sector banks and other private sector establishments of varying sizes. Informatics have provided quality solutions that have exceeded beyond customer expectations over the years.
